Where does the product ship from?
The majority of the mailings are directly from our Tennessee location. However depending on the scope of the project our sister company in Idaho may produce and ship your product. We reserve the right to produce your order in the location that best meets the needs of your project. back to top

Do you offer other services?
Yes you have extensive knowledge of service companies that service home owners. We currently have on staff experts in the HVAC and the Heating Oil Industries. And have specific items for those two industries. If you would like more information, please contact us.

If I choose to mail higher volumes can I get a break?
Our current pricing structure is based on minimum volumes. We have volume prices available. Please contact us. back to top
Tell me about the membership.
We offer a limited number of memberships per month. This allows us to give each client personal attention and help them grow their business. We open a certain amount of memberships each month and once they are sold we close the membership door for the remainder of that month.
We also offer protected territories. That’s right protected. Your the only heating company that can use surround mail in that area.

How did the company start?
The principles have been in the marketing and printing field for decades. They saw a real need for the smaller print run and more target mailings for business owners, especially those business’s that target home owners.
